How's everyone enjoying the holiday?
Have you guys made your 2013 resolutions? :D

It's the last day of the year and I'm leaving hometown early tomorrow cuz my new uni trimester starts at 2nd Jan.
So fast uhhh...but i guess almost all of my cravings in the must-eat list that i made before coming back home had been fulfilled ;)
I've been so embraced by my friends & family here, and each day has been a good day.
But there are so many things waiting for me in SG :)

Hope 2013 will be a good good year and surely be better than 2012.
Life is always filled with ups and downs, but I hope in 2013 the ups will outweigh the downs, and through the downs we will learn harder, work harder, go further and higher, yet remain grateful for whatever we are gifted.

Above is the theme song of a Singaporean movie called “Ah Boys to Men”. The song is rather catchy and you’ll laugh everytime you listen to it (if you have watched the movie). LOL.

I watched it with 4 of my mates and the movie is damn funny.

“Ah Boys to Men” is a movie about a group of young people who were just about to join the NS (National Service). The story is entertaining and real (i mean not the war, but how the people behave) :D

Even though I’m not a singaporean, i can get the whole story because my local friends had talked much to me about their army experience before. Haha. For them, this movie is so nostalgic and kinda reminds them of the time they were in Tekong. :)

Hello :)
Sorry  for being absent for a while...
My assignments were finally all due this week, except for the management case study report which is almost completely done. That's why i can enjoy my weekend to the max now :)

Had barbeque with my school mates yesterday after the group rehearsal and went out the whole evening with Tiffany today, having meal at Nando's and searching for formal attires. Huahaha.
Gotta have a good sleep now. Wish me luck for my very first undergraduate presentation tomorrow :)

Who doesn't like ice-cream?

Had some ice-cream at Udders just now.
It's a local homemade ice-cream shop that happens to be just a few blocks away from the mall opposite from where i live (United Square).
So i tried the durian ice-cream, as recommended by my friend who's been residing here for about 5 years, and it tastes good indeed. The durian flavour is just so real.
I don't know why it's named after "Mao Shan Wang". I thought durian is "Liu Lian" in chinese? LOL.

P.S. Feeling so bored right now. It's not that i dont have anything to do, but i just dont feel like doing what i should do (things like reading Stats ppt slides) :|

I used to love his songs very much back then. Just like what people say "when you have passion for sth, nothing will be difficult to learn or do", it can be said that my mandarin improved so much by that time, but now no more. I dont listen much to chinese song anymore and I seem to forget every difficult written words that i've learnt for HSK level 4. Geez -.-

But now if you play for me those old songs of Jay that are soft and mellow, they'll still bring back the memories and i'll still enjoy them very much :)

Summer Paradise

Had such a good time yesterday
Off to Sentosa with around 100 members of MaPIa (Indonesian club association in Psb)
See those balloons tied on our ankles? They're props for the last or the eighth games we played. Haha. Our opponent didn't succeed to reach the last post before the time was up so we won the last one without fighting. LOL. We'd been so bored n tired of waiting for them like more than half an hour so we decided to simply walk to the coast and take some pics. Just the ladies though :P

For today, I'm not going anywhereee, except for lunch

I'm back !!! :p
Should have updated my blog last week but didn't feel like doing it till today. Lol. I know. I know i broke the promise.
Life's been pretty good actually..except for the fact that my student pass hasn't been approved. Dammit.
Arrived Spore so early last friday then hurriedly went to uni for the accelerated orientation. School hasn't been that busy for the first week..just some assignments to do. But the tutorial group will start tmr, so the schedule is going to be more dense. Gonna work hard and hopefully can make my parents beam with pride one day :')
Anyway i've just turned 18 yesterday. Should be a brave and responsible girl now :)
Well actually i never expect anything from this year's bday cuz i'm still so new here and not many people know me well yet. But my housemates did surprise me yesterday with those cupcakes and lit candles when i answered the knocking on my bedroom door. Haha. Thanks ladiesss. It's only been one week but somehow i feel comfortable alr with this place.
